Susan Baier, Westinghouse Electric Company

Susan Baier is the Global Product Management Director of Engineering Services at Westinghouse Electric Company. In this role, she leads the company’s global strategy and new product development for delivering engineering solutions to operating nuclear reactors. She brings over 15 years of nuclear experience to this role, which she has held since 2018.  Susan has also held leadership roles within Honeywell as an I&C Product Manager and Arkema as a Principal Engineer.

Susan graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and an ME in Nuclear Engineering; Susan received an MBA from Temple University.
