When registering in any of the categories R1 to R10, tutorials are included, no additional fee is required. For registration only to tutorials referal to the next table:

Guidelines
For Authors:
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered before September 15th to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings and to schedule it for presentation, otherwise the papers will not be published.
Publication and Presentation Limit: For each registration, a maximum of one article will be published and presented. If authors wish to present more than one article, they must pay an additional fee for each extra article, with a limit of one additional article.
Individual Participation: One registration provides participation in the conference for only one person. If multiple authors wish to attend, each must register individually.
Conference Registration: Your registration grants you access to all conference sessions, exhibits, as well as the conference dinner, welcome cocktail, and lunch during the conference. You will also receive all conference documentation, including the program and
proceedings. Please note that pre-conference workshops and additional tutorials are available for an extra fee and are not covered by the standard registration. If you register during the conference, dinner event, lunch during the conference and souvenirs are subject to availability.
Important:
This edition of the conference allows the option of hybrid attendance. This virtual option will allow those interested to enjoy the technical presentations from the comfort of their homes or offices. We kindly inform that, due to the virtual nature of this modality, participants who choose to register online will not have access to the meals, lunches or the gala dinner scheduled for those attending in person. This decision has been made in order to maintain the quality of the congress due to organizational issues, space adaptation and the need to provide the best possible accommodations for onsite attendees.
Please be aware that there is a 20% cap on attendance for the hybrid mode. Specifically,
the first 20% of registrations will be prioritized for virtual presentation options, ensuring access to those who prefer or need to participate remotely.
We are committed to providing an enriching experience and fostering collaboration and
learning among all participants, regardless of their choice of modality.
Remember that it is the responsibility of the author who will present the article(s) to send the following to be considered in the schedule:
- Receipt of payment in the registration platform until September 28th (link here).
- Final version of the article following the Camera Ready guidelines until September 28th (link here).
- Presentations in .ppt or .pptx format until October 3 at the following link (link here).
- The author must check in the schedule the day, time and modality that will be in Program (upcoming section).
Publication Policy
To be published in the IEEE ETCM 2024 Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the R1 or R2 registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
To be invoiced in Ecuador you must first register (select Deposit or Wire Transfer to the Ecuadorian Account as payment method) and forward the confirmation email to the IEEE Financial Chair with all details indicated in the registration site.
Payment Information:
Credit Card Payments: Please note that payments made with a credit card will incur an additional 6% fee for electronic banking services.
VAT Information: All fees are without VAT. A 15% VAT surcharge is applicable to any natural or juridical person belonging to Ecuador. Payment methods include bank transfer or credit card payment.
Pagos con Tarjeta de Crédito: Los pagos realizados con tarjeta de crédito tendrán un recargo adicional del 6% por concepto de banca electrónica.
Información sobre IVA: Los valores anteriores son sin IVA. Un recargo del 15% por IVA se aplicará a toda persona natural o jurídica que pertenezca al Ecuador. Los métodos de pago contemplan transferencia bancaria o pago con tarjeta de crédito.
