Sponsorship Benefits and Options
Why should your organization sponsor ETHICS-2025?
Your financial contribution to ETHICS-2025 will help us deliver a high-quality conference experience that is intellectually stimulating, interpersonally enriching, and accessible to all attendees regardless of geographic location, financial situation, or academic/professional background. As an ETHICS-2025 sponsor, your organization will be connected to a diverse, interdisciplinary, and international community of engaged students, scholars, and professionals.
The IEEE SSIT network boasts over 27 active chapters; membership draws from academia, industry, and the non-profit and public-sectors, and it includes representatives from across the spectrum of IEEE technical societies. SSIT’s members are invested in addressing the complex ethical challenges and valuable opportunities that technology provides today’s society. By contributing to the success of ETHICS-2025, your organization signals its commitment to this important mission.
ETHICS-2025 Sponsor Benefits: Visibility, Recognition, Partnership
The names and logos of all ETHICS-2025 sponsors will be clearly displayed on the conference website to ensure that sponsoring organizations benefit from pre-conference promotion and outreach activity. We will publicize the event through the SSIT website, newsletter, social media channels, and publications (IEEE Technology & Society Magazine, IEEE Transactions in Technology & Society); and E-notices to IEEE groups, partner organizations, and interdisciplinary networks.
Your organization will also have the opportunity to build relationships with participants and other professional and academic stakeholders during the conference. We are expecting approximately 150 participants including scholars, students, and representatives from industry and both public and non-profit sectors. At the conference, we will highlight your organization’s support in the Conference Program and on Sponsor-Recognition Slideshows before and after panel sessions.
After the conference, we invite your organization to continue its affiliation with the IEEE SSIT community through involvement with society activities, such as our Distinguished Lecture program, Chapter-level meetings and events, and our broader Conferences and Technical Activities portfolio.
A detailed table of benefits included with each Sponsor Level is included below.
How can your organization sponsor ETHICS-2025?
We welcome sponsorship of all size, and we invite you to discuss a targeted sponsorship that best reflects your organization’s core values and areas of interest. The following categories of sponsorship are especially welcome (note that all figures are listed in USD).
Conference Hospitality Sponsorship
Sponsor a specific ETHICS-2025 coffee break, meal, or reception for high-profile recognition: your organization’s name will be advertised in the program as a sponsor for that event. Minimum contribution levels are:
$5000 | Conference Banquet (Sat) | $1500 | Meal (Breakfast/Lunch, Sat/Sun) |
$2000 | Opening Reception (Fri) | $750 | Coffee Break (am/pm, Sat/Sun) |
Keynote Speaker Sponsorship
We welcome keynote speaker sponsorships; this option may be of interest to organizations that focus on one or more specific ETHICS-2025 sub-theme. Visit the “Plenary Session Speakers” page of our website to find out more about our three distinguished keynotes: Lai-Tze Fan (University of Waterloo), Michael King (Florida Tech) and Stefanie Tomkins (Former DARPA Director).
$2500 covers a full sponsorship for one keynote. Smaller-scale co-sponsorships are also available.
Poster/Presentation Awards
We invite sponsorship(s) for “Best Paper” or “Best Student Poster” awards of approx. $500 USD each.
Student Registration Sponsorship
We encourage sponsorships earmarked for covering registration fees for students attendees. You may elect to cover registrations for a specific demographic (e.g., students who are affiliated with your organization, based in a particular region, focused on a particular area of study, etc.).
Full registration sponsorship is $175/student, though additional possibilities for bulk registrations and sponsoring reduced-rate student registrations are available.
