Paper submission guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit high quality original Full or Short papers via the CMT submission site (link).

Full paper should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and have maximum seven (7) pages.
Short papers, which have maximum four (4) pagesshould be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, highlight early research results, and explore novel research directions.

All submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication, should be written in English and formatted according to IEEE Template.
Each submitted paper will pass through the standard IEEE peer-review process and, if accepted and presented at the Conference, will appear in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Paper contests will include a Conference Best Paper Award and a Best Student Paper Award.

One (1) AUTHOR registration will be valid for two (2) paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations.
One (1) student registration allows only one (1) paper presentation.
