Registration this year is a two-step process: the usual event registration and then sign up for the individual workshops and competitions.
First step: You will need to go to the vtools link to register. You must have an IEEE student national membership to register for this event.
For IEEE Student Members, the early registration fee will be $70 per student member, and late registration will cost $100 per student member. Those that are not IEEE student members will have to pay $120 for early registration, and $200 for late registration. Hotel is included for IEEE Student Members.
For IEEE Student Counselors, early registration is $0, and late registration is $100. More information on registration fees is on vTools. IEEE Student Counselors should make their own hotel reservations with the conference hotel at this registration link (the discount rate deadline for the hotel has now passed).
Second step: Sign up for the various workshops and competitions at this link. Seating for many of the workshops and competitions is limited and so register early as event assignments will be made by order of registration.
On-site registration will be held on April 5, 2024 at the conference hotel and April 6, 2024 at the conference venue. Late registration for this event closes on March 27, 2024. Early registration for this event closed on March 15, 2024.
Student registration includes all SAC events, two nights in a quad room lodging, lunch on Saturday, refreshment breaks, the Women in Engineering Panel and Networking Event, and banquet dinner on Saturday evening.
Remember, seating for many of the workshops and competitions is limited and so register early as event assignments will be made by order of registration.

Day of Conference:
You can check-in at the Villanova Room in the university’s Connolly Center (students shorten this to Conn). Tables for registration in Conn will be set up starting at 7:00 am. We are exploring early registration at the hotel on Friday evening.
