Parking
Parking for this venue can be found in Lot 13 of cell B4 of the Stony Brook Parking Map. This zone is labeled “Commuter Premium” and will be available after 4:00 PM on weekdays but free over the weekends. From here, the venue is a short walk along Campus Drive towards our SAC building (Student Activity Center). The map of how to get there is attached, and directions can be found in the Event Locations section

Opening Ceremony & Registration
Our opening ceremony/registration will be at Light Engineering, Stony Brook, NY 11794 in Room 102 on the 1st floor. Registration will start on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at 7:00AM, with the opening ceremony occurring at 8:00AM – 8:30AM.
Workshop
Our workshops and lectures for the morning will be occurring at Harriman Hall from 9:00am – 1:00pm. You will walk across our Academic Mall towards Frey Hall to get there from Light Engineering. Harriman Hall will be located across Earth and Space Sciences.
Competitions
Our Micromouse and Sumobot competition will be held at the Alan S. deVries Center on the second floor at 3:00pm – 8:00pm.
For anyone interested in attending the Brown Bag Competition at 3:00-6:00 pm in Heavy Engineering 235, you will simply walk across our Engineering Quad to the Heavy Engineering Building.
Lunch, Company Expo, and Awards Banquet
All three of these events take place in the Bauman Center of Benedict Hall. Enter from the front entrance of Benedict Hall in order to access Bauman Center.
