Power skills has become the new soft skills as reported by Udemy Business in its 2022 Workplace Learning Trends Report and many others in the corporate world. These skills are related to leadership, effective communication, critical thinking, problem solving, productivity, and career management. Power skills are vital to succeed in today’s dynamic business ecosystem and changing workplace that utilizes remote and hybrid work models. Innovation stands on the support of these power skills and allows for advancement both personally and professionally. This conference will equip you with the knowledge about how to master these power skills and use them to create innovative solutions in your field.

Submission Guidelines
All prospective proposers must submit an Abstract Submission Form. If accepted, the Abstract section will be included in the conference Program book. The form requires the submission of an extended abstract as a PDF document. Extended Abstract is limited to 1-3 pages (2MB limit) which includes the 150-words Abstract. We highly recommend the use of the provided template.

Extended Abstracts are NOT eligible for IEEE Xplore publication. If you are submitting a full paper for publication, if accepted additional instructions will be provided.
