Accommodations

We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square, Pittsburgh, PA, USA.  These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between October 26, 2023 and October 28, 2023.  The special nightly conference rate is $159.00 per room (single and double occupancy).  Guest room rate will be available 3 days prior and post conference, based on availability.  PLEASE NOTE: If you want to book outside the core meeting dates of Oct 26-28, you may have to call the hotel directly and say you are booking for the IEEE Meeting.

Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 14%) per day.

All guests will be responsible for making their own hotel registration, reservation and payments directly with the Hotel.  Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.

To qualify for these rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by using the conference reservation link.  The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full.  All reservations must be guaranteed by October, 2, 2023, the cut-off date.  Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the conference rate.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 6PM one day prior to arrival date for no penalty. Hotel may charge an early departure penalty if departure date is not changed prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

Check-in time is 4PM

Check-out time is 11AM

Transportation Information: coming soon

Airport Transfers: Due to the distance to airport, transfers are not available.  Uber estimates are approximately $33-$36 each way.

Hotel Parking Rates: Self parking is $30 per night

Internet: Wifi is complimentary in all guest rooms, public spaces and meeting spaces for our group.
