Conference Theme: OWN YOUR POWER SKILLS

“Strengthening your Power Skills” refers to understanding and being aware of the skills and strengths you possess. It involves recognizing your abilities, talents, and capabilities that contribute to your effectiveness. This understanding is foundational for career growth, as it helps individuals identify areas where they excel and where they may need improvement.

“Owning your Power Skills” goes a step further. It involves not only being aware of your skills however honing and refining them to a more advanced level of proficiency. Mastery requires dedicated practice, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. It requires us to develop a deep understanding of our strengths and how to leverage them effectively, as well as actively work on areas of weakness to improve overall competency.

Refine and deepen our expertise, strive for even higher levels of proficiency. This ongoing process may involve exploring advanced techniques, staying updated on industry trends, seeking mentorship, and pushing the boundaries of our capabilities. Take on leadership roles, mentor others, or contribute to “Advance Technology for Humanity”.

Note: Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and speaker registration.
