Submission Guidelines

All prospective proposers must submit an Abstract Submission Form. If accepted, the Abstract section will be included in the conference Program book. The form requires the submission of an extended abstract as a PDF document. The Extended Abstract is limited to 1-3 pages (2 MB limit) which includes the condensed 150-word abstract. We highly recommend the use of the provided template (docx).

The Extended Abstracts are NOT eligible for IEEE Xplore publication. If you are submitting a full paper for publication, additional instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Note:
Workshops are generally hands-on sessions facilitated by leaders. Special sessions are specially designed to include panel discussions from leading subject matter experts covering a specialized topic of interest suitable for program. Please note that only the first two (2) submissions from the same author, set of authors, or company will be reviewed.

Please note: Speakers are responsible for their own travel and registration.
