抗击疫情，护航复工女性，WIE在行动！
2020年新年伊始，一场突如其来的“新型冠状病毒”疫情袭来，对我们每个人的影响之大是本世纪前所未有的，甚至超过了2003的“SARS”。很多行业和个人都投入到了抗击疫情的战斗中。IEEE WIE北京分会，作为一直关心和支持女性工作者的科技前沿组织，也在积极行动中。
接下来的几周，产业界最重要的问题是如何在有防护的情况下逐步恢复研发和生产活动。对于在职场上拼搏的女性工作者，IEEE WIE北京分会希望能尽一分努力，给予她们多一分“护航”。因此，我们的志愿者积极联系口罩厂商，希望免费赠予已经复工的公司或团队，为女性科研工作者保驾护航！
具体实施如下：
1）赠予的对象：已经复工的，口罩紧缺的女性工作者
2）申请方式：在线提交个人信息，包括姓名，所在单位，电话，邮寄地址，一张本人复工（例如在办公室）的照片（可适当作隐私处理）），一句对战胜疫情加油的话！
3）口罩为10个一包，一个人仅限申请一包。
4）口罩为免费赠予，采用顺丰到付的方式，预计2月23日顺丰发货。
5）赠予物质数量有限，如未获赠，敬请体谅。
此次口罩为第一批，根据疫情发展和大家的需求情况，我们将联系厂家进行后续的采购。
此次口罩的采购都是IEEE WIE核心团队志愿者自己出钱，也欢迎更多的个人和公司加入到志愿者公益团队。
第二届IEEE国际女工程师领导力峰会（the 2nd IEEE WIE International Summit）将在2020年9月在北京举行，现在发售特别的“早鸟公益票”（280元，提供电子发票），购票链接，现阶段收到的全部票款将全部用于购买口罩和抗击疫情的物资。
此外，2020年大会赞助商征集活动正式开始，赞助方案和公司权益同2019年大会（详见https://attend.ieee.org/wieils-beijing-2019/sponsors/），赞助金额的一半将用于购买口罩和抗击疫情的物资。预售票购票者（如果同意）及赞助商名单将在大会网站和宣传手册中出现。

IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summits (WIE ILS) provide regional opportunities to foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration. 2019 IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit Beijing（WIE ILS Beijing）is the first WIE ILS held in China, as part of the portfolio of global initiatives that focus on Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Emerging/Future Technology, will bring a brilliant opportunity to Chinese participants.
