Rachel Tong 
Secretary General, Lean In China 

Rachel oversees Lean In China’s (LIC)  strategy including programs and team management. Prior to joining LIC, she worked at China’s leading think tank on philanthropy, driving industry-renowned executive education programs and family philanthropy global initiatives. 

Rachel is also an experienced educator and researcher. She has published different industry reports and contributed articles to four national publishing projects focusing on the social sector. 

She was previously sponsored by the US State Department to attend a fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School and was selected as a Richard Rockefeller Fellow in 2016.

励媖中国秘书长 

童女士负责励媖中国的战略、项目和团队管理。她曾任职于知名高校的非营利智库，负责高管教育和公众项目的研发倡导，带领团队联合创制中国捐赠百杰榜、中美青年善财伙伴计划等颇具社会影响力的项目。

作为独立研究者，童女士在中国蓝皮书系列发表过多篇公益专题文章，并多次受邀在中美两国进行主题分享，包括美中关系全国委员会、华盛顿大学公共政策学院、中国慈善联合会、北大燕京学堂等。

童女士曾获美国国务院专项人才资助派驻哈佛大学肯尼迪学院访学，她同时是中国(内地)首位理查德·洛克菲勒学人。
