Zhixin Chen

Zhixin Chen is currently a senior vice president and partner of Plug and Play China and a member of the founding team. Plug and Play entered China in 2015, and Zhixin was responsible for program development of PNP China, along with city cooperation and government negotiations. She organized large startup innovation, cross-border acceleration, urban innovation and other businesses, leading the team and hundreds of large startups and cities to reach a partnership by gradually establishing and improving an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in China.

Zhixin Chen was a partner at Jinghao Law Firm. She provided legal services to a number of multinational companies at the beginning of their entry into China. When working at Zhongguancun Technology Park Management Committee, she mainly engaged in internationalization work. She also led Zhongguancun’s offices preparation in the Silicon Valley, Germany, Sydney, Belgium and other countries. She successfully introduced dozens of overseas high-level talents to Zhongguancun as well.

陈志新女士，现任Plug and Play中国高级副总裁、合伙人，创始团队成员之一。2015年Plug and Play进入中国，陈志新女士负责PNP中国团队搭建、各城市合作及政府谈判，并组织开展大企业创新、跨境加速、城市创新等业务，带领团队与上百家大型企业以及各地市级政府达成合作伙伴关系，在中国逐步建立和完善创新创业生态体系。

陈志新女士在京浩律师事务所任职合伙人期间，为多家跨国公司在进入中国之初提供法律服务。在中关村技园区管理委员会任职期间，主要从事国际化工作，同时主导了中关村在硅谷、德国、悉尼、比利时等国家办公室筹备，成功引入数十家海外高层次人才落地中关村。
