What to submit
- The official language is English.
- One paper must have a maximum of 06 authors.
- The papers must be presented in PDF maximum length is six (6) pages per article including illustrations and references following the
IEEE format for conferences, available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

All submitted papers are evaluated in a blind peer review process and must be submitted using the EasyChair System by accessing the following. URL: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=2024ieeeandescon.
Requirements for Presentation and Publication
- An author or at least one of the co-authors must be previously registered at the event in order to present their work during the symposium sessions.
- Authors must submit their final version of their work. Otherwise, they will not be considered for oral presentations and will be excluded from this call.
- The presentation of the final version and the oral presentation are mandatory for the publication of your article in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Prepare your final paper carefully:
coherent spelling of authors’ names trough all your papers if you have more than one. the footer line of your paper must be empty: no page numbers, nothing. respect the template, don’t forget to add the authors’ names, be careful with the authors’ sequence – once published, IEEE won’t make any changes!. - Submit correct metadata (we work with them):
correct spelling of authors’ names in paper and submission metadata, when changing authors or title in your paper, please modify also the submission metadata in conftool. respect the template, don’t forget to add the authors’ names, be careful with the authors’ sequence – once published, IEEE won’t make any changes!. - Observe the deadlines: Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool!
