Paper Preparation & Submission
What to submit
The official language is English.
The papers must be presented in PDF maximum length is six (6) pages per article including illustrations and references following the IEEE format for conferences, available at:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
One paper must have a maximum of 06 authors.
Where to upload
All submitted papers are evaluated in a blind peer review process and must be submitted using the EasyChair System by accessing the following. URL: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=2024ieeeandescon.
Publication and Indexing
All papers in English accepted and registered at IEEE Andescon 2024 will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore®. Content loaded into IEEE Xplore® is made available to its abstracting and indexing partners, including Elsevier (Scopus) and others, for potential inclusion in their respective databases. Requirements for Presentation and Publication
An author or at least one of the co-authors must be previously registered at the event in order to present their work during the symposium sessions.
Authors must submit their final version of their work. Otherwise, they will not be considered for oral presentations and will be excluded from this call.
The presentation of the final version and the oral presentation in english are mandatory for the publication of your article in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Registration Requirements for paper Submission
An author or at least one of the co-authors must be previously registered in the event in order to present their work in the symposium sessions. Authors must send its final version of their paper. Otherwise, they’ll not be considered for the oral presentations and will be out of this call for papers. The submission of the final version and the oral presentation are mandatory for publication of your paper in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
IMPORTANT
• Prepare your final paper carefully:
* coherent spelling of authors' names trough all your papers if you have more than one
* the footer line of your paper must be empty: no page numbers, nothing.
* respect the template, don't forget to add the authors' names, be careful with the authors' sequence – once published, IEEE won't make any changes!
• Submit correct metadata (we work with them):
* correct spelling of authors' names in paper and submission metadata,
* when changing authors or title in your paper, please modify also the submission metadata in conftool
* respect the template, don't forget to add the authors' names, be careful with the authors' sequence – once published, IEEE won't make any changes!
• Observe the deadlines: Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool!
