AUTHOR KIT
General Guideline
To participate and to submit papers to the ASEMD2023, you must register to the conference.
For publications in the conference proceedings, the paper must be presented by a registered author at the conference.
Authors will receive “Author Kit” to assist authors to proceed to attend the conference and complete paper submission.
Paper Submission
Authors may submit two-page conference papers through email with Pre-Registration Form to asemd2023@163.com
Acceptance notice will be sent to authors by email.
After receiving the acceptance notice, authors should carefully follow the instructions and template to prepare the final paper.
The conference contributed papers are two pages as standard and limited to three pages in right format with an additional charge for the extra third page. The final papers subject to peer review procedure and will be published by the ASEMD conference proceedings along with the IEEE publication procedure.

TAS Paper Submission
As in previous years, the special issue of TAS ASEMD will be published in the October/November issue of the following year. IEEE TAS special issue submission system is built to be ready from 15/01/2024 to 29/1/2024 for ASEMD2023 authors to upload manuscripts. All registered authors will receive uploading instruction emails from SchloarOne for the authors to proceed with login details. One ASEMD2023 conference standard registration has one free submission permission.
Please find the template to prepare manuscripts and make sure their ready for uploading to the submission system which opens in two weeks from 15/01/2024.
Please use the template to prepare the manuscripts, and please note this template must be followed, and using other formats will result to be rejected.
Poster Submission
All ASEMD2023 submissions will be post-displayed, consequently all authors even the authors having oral talks will provide posters corresponding to their paper ID numbers.
Please follow the conference poster template and send the poster in the original PPT format file and the image file saved as TIFF format to asemd2023@163.com before October 1, with the title of the email named ID7XXX-Poster. The ASEMD2023 poster template is attached and also in the acceptance email attachment.
