Policy of Registration

For each accepted main conference paper, at least one of the authors must finish the registration before Oct. 10th, 2022. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she can make an extra conference paper registration with the first paper together but with only the same one attendee (Limited for ONLY ONE extra paper for each attendee). Papers not registered will not be included in the conference proceedings. Double check your paper ID and paper title are the same as shown on the acceptance letter when filling out the registration form.

Full registrations include all access to conference events and lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, academic tours.

Receipt (international receipt or VAT invoice) will be sent to you after the registration. If you need an invitation letter for attending IEEE EI² 2022, please contact ei2@uestc.edu.cn for more assistance.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made unless a cancellation request with affiliation stamps is sent to the conference secretariat （ei2@uestc.edu.cn）before Oct. 10th, 2022 (AoE) .
