Eligibility
- be registered in a master or PhD program in engineering (or a closely related field) at an internationally-recognized university at the time of application;
- if selected to receive a grant, you commit to:
- register and attend the entire EPEPS 2024 conference;
- become an IEEE student member of the EPS or MTT societies prior to registering for EPEPS 2024;
- serve for one day as a student volunteer at the conference;
- after the conference, submit an evaluation of one presented paper, one presented poster, one product from the exhibition.
- at most 3 grants will be awarded to students from the same institution
Grant benefits
For students enrolled in an institution in Canada:
- free registration to EPEPS 2024
For students enrolled in an institution outside Canada:
- free registration to EPEPS 2024
- a travel allowance of at least $600 CAD. The allowance will be provided in the form of a partial reimbursement of documented travel expenses, after the conference.
