- if you have not used Easychair before, click on “Create account”
- log into Easychair
- click on “start registration” and follow the registration process

The full conference registration includes:
- access to all sessions, tutorials, and exhibition

- dinner in the 360 Restaurant on the CN Tower, situated 351 metres (1,151 feet) above the ground. The 360 Restaurant completes one rotation every 72 minutes, offering unique views of the city of Toronto
- opportunity to visit the Main Observation Level of the CN Tower after the dinner
- an electronic copy of the conference proceedings
The spousal ticket for the Tuesday gala includes:
- access to the CN Tower
- dinner in the 360 Restaurant on the CN Tower, situated 351 metres (1,151 feet) above the ground. The 360 Restaurant completes one rotation every 72 minutes, offering unique views of the city of Toronto
- opportunity to visit the Main Observation Level of the CN Tower after the dinner
Cancellation policy:
- all cancellation requests will incurr a $50 processing fees for refund
- for cancellation requests received until September 6, 2023: 100% refund minus the processing fee
- for cancellation requests received until October 2, 2023: 50% refund minus the processing fee
- for cancellation requests received after October 2, 2023: no refund
