Some past attendees have reported receiving unsolicited and unauthorized solicitation emails for hotel rooms for EPEPS 2024. We do not have an official hotel for EPEPS 2024. The EPEPS 2024 Organizing Committee does not endorse any such hotel solicitations.
Venue
EPEPS 2024 will be held at the the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus (SRIC) located in the heart of Toronto, Canada.
The venue is conveniently located in downtown Toronto, close to the Royal Ontario Museum, the Eaton Center and Yorkville shopping areas, both subway lines. It is also close to lake Ontario, the CN tower, and many more attractions!

From the Pearson international airport
- Take the Up train to Union station. At Union station, head to the subway platform and take a Northbound train towards
Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (Line 1). Ride three stops to Queen’s Park. The venue is just outside the subway station, on the North-East corner of the intersection.
- Take a taxi, such as Aeroport Taxi & Limo service
From the Billy Bishop Toronto city airport (conveniently located in downtown’s lakefront)
- Take the complementary shuttle to Union station. At Union station, head to the subway platform and take a Northbound train towards

Head East on the Gardener Expressway, take exit 154 to merge onto Harbour Street. Turn left into York Street and continue to University Avenue. Turn right on College Street, and the venue will be on your left. Parking lots:
