The Ecuadorian Technical Chapters Meeting 2023 date is approaching. We want to extend a kind reminder for a better presentation of your paper, either virtual or on-site. Please use the templates we have designed for you. We have attached two files of PowerPoint templates, one for the newest version and the other for older versions.
Presentation template for conference:
Guidelines:
- Presentation time will last 15 minutes, 10 minutes for the talk, plus 5 minutes for questions.
- The slides must be in English. If there is an English speaker, the presentation should be in English. Otherwise, Spanish may be used.
- Add contents index.
- Typeface: It is recommended to use sans-serif fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, or Calibri, which are readable on screens.
- Font size: Main text should be at least 24 points on slides. Important headings and titles should have a larger font size.
- Contrast: Ensure a high contrast between text and background to improve readability.
- Consistency: Keep the same font and sizes on all slides.
- Avoid excess text: Limit the text on each slide and use bullets or keywords instead of long paragraphs.
- Graphics and visuals: Illustrate your points using high-quality images and diagrams.
- Spacing and layout: Maintain proper spacing between elements on the slide.
