Revise Your Paper

  • Take into account the suggestions and corrections highlighted by the reviewers.
  • The length of the final paper should be no more than 4 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.
  • All papers must follow the IEEE Conference format.
  •  Add/update the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.
o          For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
o          For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8238-4/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown
o          For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8238-4/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union
o          For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8238-4/21/$31.00 ©2021 IEEE
  • Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Upload Camera-Ready Paper (Deadline: May 30, 2021)

  • Authors need to convert and check their final manuscript before uploading to EDAS at the PDF eXpress website.
  • Creating your PDF eXpress account
o          Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site:
First-time users should do the following:
o          Select the New Users – Click Here link
o          Enter the following:
i.          49635X for the Conference ID
ii.         your email address
iii.         a password
o          Continue to enter information as prompted.
An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
  • Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
  • The camera-ready paper obtained from the PDF eXpress MUST be uploaded through EDAS.
  •  Please complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) in EDAS.

Update Presenter Information (in EDAS profile of the presenter)

  •  If the registered author cannot attend the conference, please state who among the authors will be attending and presenting the paper.
  • Please also update a short biography of the presenter in his/her EDAS profile.


  • Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.
  • Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat ( Any cancellation made before June 7, 2021 will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. No refund can be made after June 7, 2021.
