Registration is now open: 

Date: 15.08.2022

Dear Authors,

The registration and payment system is now open, and available to use at the following link.

After the completion of registration, a link for submission of the camera-ready materials will become available to the corresponding authors. Pursuant to the IEEE PES publication policy, please make sure that the camera-ready paper contains the copyright notice and has passed the PDF eXpress compatibility check. Failure to comply with this policy may prevent your paper from publication on IEEExplore database. You can find the copyright notice and PDF eXpress instructions  here.

After you have uploaded the camera-ready paper(s), the system will redirect you to sign the IEEE electronic copyright (eCF) on the IEEE server. Please do not skip this step, since only papers with signed eCF will be published in the IEEE Xplore database.

The deadline for camera-ready paper submission will be 15th of September 2022.

The peer-review process has been concluded and all decision have been sent to corresponding authors. You may expect the instructions for the next steps soon, especially in regard to the camera-ready paper preparation, PDF eXpress compatibility and IEEE electronic copyright form which will be found here.

The registration and the payment system will be opened on 15.08.2022, while the deadline for camera-ready paper submission will be 15th of September 2022.

Final Deadline and Panel Sessions Announcement: 

Date: 05.05.2022

We are pleased to announce 2 Super Sessions and 7 Panel Sessions, led by the internationally recognized experts trailblazing at the forefronts of smart grid technological development and grid modernization, from both academia and industry, have been tentatively scheduled for the 2022 IEEE PES ISGT Europe, in addition to the 4 Plenary Speakers.

Additionally, after consideration and deliberation on the requests we have received, the organizing committee has determined to extend the paper submission deadline by 2 week. The new paper submission deadline is Friday 20th of May 2022. This will be the last chance for paper submission as the new deadline is firm and final.

A final technical program and details about registration and travel will be announced once the peer-review of papers are completed.

The most notable change is the new deadline for full paper submission – May 5th 2022.

IEEE PES Transactions

Dear Authors,
We would like to inform you that the papers successfully presented at the 2022 IEEE ISGT EU conference have the opportunity of consideration for publication in any IEEE PES Transactions, only when extended with at least 60% additional new material relative to the original conference paper. The extended papers are subject to the regular review process of the respective PES Transactions and the final decisions for their publication are made by the Editor-in-Chief of the respective venues.
