Who we are: IEEE PES ISGT Europe 2022 is the flagship event of IEEE Power and Energy Society with approximately 400 participants each year and more than 100 students from all over the world. It is one of the world’s largest platforms for knowledge transfer between academia, research institutions and the industry in the field of Smart Grid.

In a parallel with the IEEE PES ISGT Europe 2022, at the same venue, an Industrial Expo will be organized, where companies will have a great opportunity to showcase their latest developments and services to the wide audience.

Where we are: IEEE PES ISGT Europe 2022 will be held from 10th to 12th October in the beautiful city of Novi Sad, the second-largest city in Serbia and the capital of autonomous province of Vojvodina. The venue for the main conference activities will be the “Master” Congress center, a new and prestigious venue and center of Novi Sad fair.

Gold sponsor:

All gold sponsors will be provided the 24 m2 booth space located in accordance with their selection and current availability. The booth space includes basic furniture, electrical connection and header board with company name. Additionally, gold sponsor will be provided with the following:

  • 2 complementary conference registrations (see full conference fee)
  • 4 complementary exhibit visitor passes (one day only, coffee break and lunch included)
  • Company logo on conference web-page and final program
  • Advertising document on the USB proceedings
  • Industry panel session presentation (10 minutes)
  • Up to 2 pieces of promotional material in the conference handouts

Silver sponsor:

All silver sponsors will be provided the 12 m2 booth space located in accordance with their selection and current availability. The booth space includes basic furniture, electrical connection and fascia header board with company name. Additionally, silver sponsor will be provided with the following:

  • 1 complementary conference registrations (see full conference fee)
  • 3 complementary exhibit visitor passes (one day only, coffee break and lunch included)
  • Company logo on conference web-page and final program

  • Industry panel session presentation (5 minutes)
  • 1 piece of promotional material in the conference handouts

Bronze sponsor:

All bronze sponsors will be provided the 4 m2 booth space located in accordance with their selection and current availability. The booth space includes basic furniture, electrical connection and fascia header board with company name. Additionally, bronze sponsor will be provided with the following:

The conference IEEE PES ISGT Europe 2022 will accept in-kind sponsorships including contributions for social events (coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner), social activities (visits, tours, field trips etc.), conference awards, conference preparation (office and administrative material) and other. Additionally, in-kind contributors will be provided with the following:

  • Company logo on conference web-page and final program
  • Advertising document on the USB proceedings

Industrial Panel Session

In this session the exhibitors will have the opportunity to highlight their latest developments and products.

This session represents unique and valuable opportunity for raising company’s profile, recognition, new products and services presentation.

Where applicable company has 1 Industrial panel session slot with different time frames for presentation and questions. Presenters have the opportunity to show Power Point presentations as well as to answer questions regarding presented subject.

Application and Payment for Sponsorship

All possible effort will be made to assign requested spaces, however the organization does not guarantee that requested booths will be available. Assignments will be made only after reception of the order form and full payment.

Confirmation of your sponsorship and booth spaces will be mailed to you shortly after all necessary arrangements are made.

In case of cancellation, the total amount paid will be charged as cancellation fee.
