For Oral Presenters
The iWEM2022 will be held at Chiba Institute of Technology as a hybrid conference, “Zoom” will be used for oral sessions.
On-site Presenters:
Presenters must upload the electric presentation file before the session starts time to the session room PC. Only Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx) and Portable Document Format (*.pdf) files will be accepted. OS of the PC is windows 10.
Online Presenters (Zoom):
Presenters must attend the meeting of Zoom during break time before the oral session. Please make sure to mute your microphone when you join the meeting and unmute only when you speak.
Zoom link will be notified via the portal site. The address and password of the Portal site will be notified by e-mail to all registered persons.
For Poster Presenters
The iWEM2022 will be held at Chiba Institute of Technology as a hybrid conference, “EventIn” will be used for poster sessions.
All Poster Presenters:
The Poster Session of iWEM2022 will use the online system “EventIn” to enable all participants, including virtual participants, to discuss with themselves. ALL Poster Presenters should upload poster material to the online system “EventIn” until 23rd August. If you do not, your paper will be treated as a no-show. We shared an upload link with you by E-MAIL.
On-site Presenters:
For the poster size, 841(W) x 1189(H) mm (ISO A0 size) is recommended. Poster presenters should put the poster during break time before the poster session. The board size is indicated here.
Online Presenters (EventIn):
Poster presenters must attend your table of EventIn during break time before the poster session. Please see how to log in to EventIn.
