TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
In order to participate in the activities of POWERCON 2022, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Non-student registration covers 2 papers per registration, student registration only covers 1 paper per registration, and both with a limit of 6 pages per paper. Each additional paper will incur an additional fee of USD 150 per paper. Registration and payments of conference registration fees must be made by 4th August 2022, otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (NORMAL/EARLY BIRD)
All conference registration fee types include a copy of the conference proceedings (in a USB Drive or equivalent); admission to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunches and conference gala dinner. Add on fee is required for student/non-presenter/companion for the Gala dinner
EARLY REGISTRATION (EARLY BIRD)
Authors who make their payment by 1st July 2022 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE AND PES MEMBERS REGISTRATION
IEEE and PES members will receive a discount on the POWERCON 2022 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
STUDENT RATES
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email the scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ to powercon2022@gmail.com. Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate. An ADD-ON fee for the conference gala dinner is required.
