We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City in Arlington, VA, USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between November 21, 2019 and November 23, 2019. The special nightly conference rate is $179.00 per room (single and double occupancy). A limited number of club floor room upgrades (first come, first served) are available for $254 per night. Guest room rate will be available 3 days prior and post conference, based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: If you want to book book outside the core meeting dates of 21 Nov – 23 Nov, you may have to call the hotel directly and mention our event.
Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 13.25%) per day.
All guests will be responsible for making their own hotel registration, reservation and payments directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.
To qualify for these rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by October 31, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time using the above reservation link. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the conference rate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM Eastern Time 2 fays prior to arrival date for no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am.

Airport Transfers: Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) is 2.4 miles away. Dulles International Airport is 27.4 miles away
Rail Transportation: The Pentagon City Metro Station is directly adjacent to the hotel and only 2 stops (about 5 minutes) from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on the Blue/Yellow line.
Hotel (and Fashion Mall) Parking Rates: Self-Parking is NOT available. Valet Parking is discounted to $35 per day. Since this is quite expensive, we recommend using the Fashion Center Mall parking garage which is connected to the hotel. This garage has hourly and overnight parking and the maximum daily rate is $18 per day. Hours open are daily from 5:00 am to 2:00 am. Entrances to the Fashion Mall Parking Garage are on 15th Street and Army Navy Drive (15th Street entrance is closest to the Ritz Carlton so we recommend using that entrance).
Hotel guests can use their room cards to enter the hotel from inside the mall (Near Allen Edmonds). Other attendees coming from the Garage can exit the mall onto South Hayes Street (near Shake Shack), turn right and walk around to the front Entrance to the hotel.
Internet: Wifi is complimentary in hotel guest rooms and all meeting spaces for our group.
