David has over forty years of experience in the design and development of ground-to-air missiles and
ICBMs at Boeing and sonar systems design and development including embedded software design at
Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.
He was the Treasurer and Technical Co-Chair of the 2014 IEEE Annual Meeting and Innotek Conference.
In 2018 he was the Chair of the French Cable Milestone Achievement Event. David is a past Section Chair
of Providence Section. He is the current Membership Development Chair of Providence Section and a
Senior Life Member of IEEE.
David has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master in Business
Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island.
