Abstract Paper Submission

An Abstract Paper Submission is the first step in the Paper Submission process. 

Abstract Paper submissions must be done through the Conftool portal: https://www.conftool.org/ieee-eic2023

Please be mindful of the Abstract Paper submission deadline and submit your abstract by October 15, 2022. Any rejection or approval of Abstract Paper submissions will be announced November 30, 2022.

Please focus on the Abstract Paper Submission due October 15, 2022 before diving into the information below. 

Approved Abstracts have been confirmed in our ConfTool system.

Authors will find their paper number now with a number “1” before it. This is the process for “FULL PAPER” submission for peer review.
As an author, you are expected to submit your full paper for peer review before January 31, 2023.
