Important Notes
1. All registration fees and payment are non-refundable and includes GST.
2. Registrations received by 20 April must be paid in full by 20 April in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
3. A registration includes presenting 1 accepted paper. Additional paper will incur 1000 CNY/150 USD/paper. One single individual can register for a maximum of 3 papers.
4. Student registration can avail of presenting 1 accepted paper. If a student wants to present 2 papers then the full registration fee has to be paid.
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ACCEPTED AND PRESENTED (ORAL/POSTER) PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN IEEE Xplore after the conference.
6. Tutorials on 21 May 2019 is additionally charged. Anyone who wants to join the tutorial needs to register the conference first.
7. Registration includes:
- Attending all conference technical sessions;
- Conference proceedings (electronic copy);
- Coffee breaks;
- Welcome reception (21 May 2019 Evening);
- Buffet lunch (22, 23 and 24 May 2019);
- Buffet Dinner (22 May 2019);
- Banquet (23 May 2019 Evening);
- Lunch on 21 May 2019 (for tutorial attendees only)
8. The registration deadline for the tours is 10 May 2019.
IEEE No Show Policy
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
