Registration fees

Early Bird fees until September 18^th, 2021

The papers accepted for the conference must be presented by the author/co-author. The authors/co-authors registered for the conference, irrespective of the level/class of the registration, are entitled to present two papers at the conference and have them included in the IEEE Xplore. For any further paper, i.e., third, fourth, etc., presented at the conference by the registered author/co-author, a mandatory fee of USD 150 per additional paper must be paid.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

In case of cancellation – refund policy, please note

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing to info@isgteurope2021.fi and received by 4 October 2021. There will be an administrative fee of 50% deducted from each refund. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 24 September 2021.
