Registration instructions and form
The Summer School registration fee is limited to 70 Euros. A special discount allows the attendees that can prove their membership to the following associations to pay only 50 Euros:
- IEEE – Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
- GNB – Gruppo Nazionale di Bioingegneria
- OIC – Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Cagliari
Special discounts, upon request, can be entrusted to Sardinian residents and prospective attendees from low-medium income countries. Registration includes live access to the 6 full-day of the school via Microsoft Teams, a pdf book including the lectures’ abstract, students’ abstracts with picture and short bios, and access to all the Summer School materials. In order to enable attendees from different time zones to follow the event, lectures will be temporarily recorded (< 24 hours) and then deleted. The lecturers will be available to answer the questions sent by the attendees via the Team the day after, during the lunch break. Lecturers will be also available for live questions in virtual rooms organized in the Team, according to their specific availability and schedule. Interested attendees can submit an abstract and present the related poster in a virtual framework during the school. Abstracts must fit the school topic. IEEE student members can have the chance to win a 100€ prize for the best poster presentation at the School! Have a look at the guidelines and rules here.
The registration fee must be paid before the application deadline, according to the instructions provided here:
Payments from Italy: in this case, you MUST use the PagoPa system (details here)
Payments from other Countries: in this case, you MUST use a wire transfer (details here)
The proof of your payment must be uploaded during the application using the following form. Please, do not apply multiple times, so please fill in the application form only when you have the proof of your payment available.
All the registered attendees will be included in the summer school mailing list (powered by Google Groups), so please provide the e-mail address you want to use for this service.
