Guidelines
For Authors:
The values must be canceled before October 31, otherwise the papers will not be published.
Full Conference Registration includes:
Access to all sessions, exhibits, conference dinner, lunch during the conference and tutorials, conference program, conference proceedings, Pre-conference workshops and tutorials.
If you register during the conference, dinner event, lunch during the conference and souvenirs are subject to availability.
Publication Policy
To be published in the 2022 IEEE ANDESCON Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference (R1, R2, R3, and R4 registration rate) and the paper must be presented by an author of the paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
*Registration fees are non-refundable. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one author registration covers up to 2 papers.
* Early Bird Registration has been extended to October 16.
* Authors outside of Colombia who have had payment problems with the PayU platform, the local organizing committee has tested and confirmed another payment option through PayPal. Please consider the following link and send an email to Angie Marriaga (angie.marriaga@ieee.org) specifying PayPal payment confirmation email, ID and title of the paper.
