IC_ASET’2024 is currently planned as a Face-to-Face Conference (in person event). However, depending on the global health situation, it can be hybrid or totally online.
Each Attendee MUST Register
Each accepted paper requires one full registration.
- The paper accepted by the Technical Program Committee will be published in the conference proceedings.
- Paper accepted by the Technical Program Committee but not presented (online or in person) will be NOT Submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Presentation Choice: IN PERSON/ONLINE
PLEASE NOTE THAT : all costs at the transmitter’s charge.
- Registration Payment should be made in Euros in the form of a Bank Transfer or Order Form .
- Each Author must be registered 400 Euros for in person presentation.
- For ALL Authors presenting more than one paper in the FIRST POSITION (Principal Author), the registration fee for the second paper is limited to 200 Euros.
- For Author who cannot or chooses not to travel, there will be an option for ONLINE participation (with a 30% reduced registration fees)
- 280 Euros instead of 400 Euros for Early Registration.
- 330 Euros instead of 450 Euros for Late Registration.
