Instructions for paper submission

The deadline for final paper submission is September, 10th, 2020.

The paper format must follow IEEE rules strictly (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

Please take into consideration all the comments of the reviewers, otherwise, the final manuscript could be still rejected.

The camera-ready manuscript must be prepared through PDF Express (http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/). Detailed instructions can be found here. 

When the camera-ready manuscript has been obtained, please submit it here.
