All guests will be responsible for making their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and must make these arrangements directly with the Hotel.  Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.

To qualify for these special NAECON 2019 rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel(s). The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full.  All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date.  Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.

NOTE: Attendees should call the hotel directly if shoulder dates are desired pre or post conference as they are not directly available through the booking link.  f the room block is full before the cutoff, please contact registration chairs to see if more rooms can be added.  Otherwise, see below for additional lodging options.
