Considerations
- Full Conference: Full Conference Registration fees includes Conference Opening Ceremony, welcome Networking Reception, coffee breaks and lunch, a two-way shuttle services from hotel to the venue, access to all plenary & panels, all technical Sessions, Smart Village events and proceedings on USB (Tutorials/Tours – extra cost).
- One Day Registration: One Day Registration fee includes Opening Ceremony, Tea breaks and lunch on the day of registration, technical sessions on day of registration (Tutorials/Tours – extra cost), USB.
- Companion and Children registration entitles you to the conference social events including: Opening Ceremony, welcome Networking Reception, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, the Exhibition Hall and Poster Session & all shuttle services provided to delegates by the conference. It does not provide access to any sessions, paper presentations, plenary events, panel sessions or Smart Village events.
- No multiple One Day registrations allowed.
- Tutorial fee includes coffee break.
- Tours, tutorials, gala dinner and breakfast are not included in the full conference registration fee.
Payment Information
Payments can be made using the following methods:

- Wire For this option, a $20 fee will be automatically added.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests received on or before 1 August 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee. After 1 August 2022, there will be no refunds issued for any reason. To request a cancellation, please contact PACreg@ieee.org. There will be no refunds at any time for any reason on payments made by wire transfer.
For international attendees: If you have not received your visa by 1 August 2022, you should consider cancelling your registration because there will be no refunds for attendees who do not get their visa. You can always register again later or on site if you get your visa. The $50USD processing fee will be forfeited. IEEE cannot intervene on your behalf to help you get your visa. Remember: you can print a letter confirming registration to use for VISA applications by logging back into your registration profile after you have paid and clicked on the link entitled: Print Confirmation of Registration Letter for <your name>.
