Utilice este formulario para enviar su video técnico para el Llamado a Envío de Videos del Congreso IEEE ARGENCON 2020
Use this form to submit your technical video for the Call for Videos of the IEEE ARGENCON 2020 Congress

  • Especifique el titulo de su video, Si es en inglés, sólo proporcione esa versión. Si es en español, también indique su equivalente en idioma inglés.
    Specify the title of your video. If it is written in english, just provide that version. If it is written in spanish, please include its equivalent in english language.
  • Especifique los autores de este video, que aparecerán en IEEE Xplore. Inclúyase usted mismo. Utilice una linea para cada autor, con los siguientes datos: Nombre, Apellido, email, afiliación.
    Specify the authors of this video, that will be included in IEEE Xplore Proceedings. Include yourself. Use one line per author, specifiying: Name, Surname, Email, Affiliation.
  • Especifique la URL donde se encuentra su video oculto en Youtube. Usted no debe subir su video aquí, sólo debe especificar su dirección de internet. Cuando lo publique en Youtube, seleccione Privacidad: Oculto. Si no lo hace, su video podría no considerarse para el Track de Videos Técnicos
    Write the URL of your hidden video in Youtube. You must not upload your video here, you must only specify its internet address. When publishing it in Youtube, specify Privacy: Hidden. Failure to do so may result in your video not considered for Technical Video Track
  • Su resumen en PDF debe tener 1 página y debe contener:
    -Un título.
    -Un resumen de 200 palabras que proporciona una descripción, un resumen o logline para el envío.
    Información de contacto con nombres de autor, afiliaciones y una dirección de correo electrónico para el autor principal.
    -Una imagen fija representativa de alta resolución (300 ppp) en el documento PDF.
    -Debe seguir las mismas pautas de formato establecidas por IEEE ARGENCON 2020 para un artículo, ya que estas descripciones se incluirán en las actas electrónicas del Congreso. En concreto, este documento será equivalente a un artículo de una sola página
    -Referencias (si corresponde).
    -Reconocimientos (si corresponde).

    Your abstract in PDF must have one (1) page, and must contain:
    -A title.
    -A 200-word abstract providing a description, summary, or logline for the submission.
    -Contact information with author names, affiliations, and an email address for the lead author.
    -A high-resolution (300 dpi) representative still image in the PDF document.
    -Follows the same formatting guidelines set by the IEEE ARGENCON 2020 for papers, as these descriptions will be included in the electronic proceedings. Namely, this document would be a single-page paper.
    -References (if applicable).
    -Acknowledgments (if applicable).
