Samarth has been an active IEEE volunteer for the past 6 years and has held many volunteering positions at the Student Branch level and at the Section level. He was the Student Branch Chairman of NITK IEEE Student Branch in the year 2018-2019 and post which he continued his volunteering as Secretary of IEEE Young Professionals Affinity Group Bangalore for the term 2020-2021. He has completed his undergraduate education from NITK Surathkal in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department.
