Amanda Joyce has worked as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity since 2011. At Argonne National Laboratory, she currently is the Group Leader for the Strategic Cybersecurity Analysis and Research Group that seeks to assess, prevent, mitigate, and educate on current and future cybersecurity threats through analytical assessments and methodology, applied research, proactive defense development, and subject matter expertise to our national and global partners. She is also the Department of Energy’s CyberForce Competition™ Director where she oversees the entire multiple national laboratory competition. She provides expertise to DHS as an instructor of cybersecurity. She conducts cybersecurity assessments and surveys for DHS with the intent to evaluate the cybersecurity posture of critical infrastructure. In May of 2011, she received her triad Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, Information Security & Risk Management, and Management Information Systems along with a Distinguished Honors diploma. In May 2013, she received her Masters of Science degree in Information Security.
