- Each paper should be between 4 and 6 pages, inclusive of figures, tables, and references. Up to two additional pages will be allowed for a fee of 150 USD per page.
- All papers must be submitted using the IEEE conference template, found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html .

Call for Workshops/Tutorials
The organizing committee for SSCI 2023 is inviting proposals for workshops/tutorials from computational intelligence experts to be presented as part of the conference program. The workshops/tutorials should focus on a specific theme, and both theoretical and methodological aspects are welcome. The workshops/tutorials typically last 2-6 hours, with an average of 30 participants. To submit a proposal, please include the title, abstract, an overview of the topic, a schedule with topic, time allocation, and a short biography of each presenter. Call for Special Sessions
The organizing committee of SSCI 2023 invites you to submit your special session proposal. The papers submitted to the special session will be handled by its special session chairs. The special session chairs will invite reviewers and make decision for these papers.
A special session proposal should include the following information: title of the special session, description of the scope, a list of 5-10 topics, a list of 3-5 keywords, special session organizers (names, affiliations, emails). It is expected that at least one of the organizers would be attending the SSCI 2023 conference. Special session proposals should be sent directly the program chair
