How to Arrive

When you arrive at Mexico City Airport, you’ll find a modern and efficient facility with two terminals linked by a monorail. There are five authorized taxi companies operating at the airport, and we suggest purchasing a taxi ticket from one of their booths located outside the baggage claim area. The cost is typically about $20 USD. If you choose to use Uber at the airport, be sure to select a gate in your Uber app and wait for your ride at that specific gate. This will help ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Mexico City

The conference venue is located in the heart of Mexico City, surrounded by the vibrant Zona Rosa district. This prime location puts you just steps away from extravagant shopping centers, top-notch restaurants, exciting nightlife, stunning monuments, and natural attractions like the Bosque de Chapultepec city park. You’ll also have easy access to historic sites such as the National Palace, Palacio de Bellas Artes, and Metropolitan Cathedral, all of which are sure to leave a lasting impression.

If you’re looking for the best way to get around Mexico City, we recommend using Uber, DiDi, or another mobile taxi service. These services allow you to easily input your destination into the app, so you don’t have to worry about explaining it to the driver. Alternatively, you can use taxis from designated Taxi Ranks (Sitios), but we advise against hailing cabs off the street after dark.
