Registration Fees (US Dollars)

Registration Policies:

1. All accepted papers (including presentation-only papers) must pay a registration fee. Each registration can upload up to two accepted papers, but a second paper requires an additional fee of $300.
2. Student registration can be used to upload accepted papers. Student attendees must provide a copy of their student ID or a letter from the related department head/chair confirming that the attendee is a full-time student. Please send them to Dr.Adolfo Perrusquía, the registration chair, at Adolfo.Perrusquia-Guzman@cranfield.ac.uk.
3. An extra page charge of $150 per page will apply for papers that exceed six pages.
4. The registration fee, whether for full or student registration, includes admission to conference sessions, a conference booklet, as well as admission to coffee breaks, three buffet lunches, a welcome reception buffet dinner, a banquet dinner, and a farewell reception buffet dinner.
5. The workshop rgistration includes admission to all pre-conference workshop/tutorial sessions and one lunch.
6. Accompanying Person Registration: $350. It includes admission to conference sessions, coffee breaks, three buffet lunches, a welcome reception buffet dinner, a banquet dinner, and a farewell reception buffet dinner.
7. Additional banquet ticket: $100.

Refunds: If an author has uploaded a paper using the registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn. Those who pre-register without uploading any paper and later find they cannot attend the conference may request a refund of the advance registration fee. There will be no refunds by November 15, 2023.
