The SSCI 2023 will be in-person conference, but to avoid the impact of last-minute cancellations by presenting authors, we are offering the option for authors to upload recorded videos of their presentations. In the event that the designated presenter is unable to attend the conference, the paper will be presented by the uploaded video. Every session will have its own Zoom room. Authors who choose to use uploaded videos to present their papers can also answer questions via Zoom if they prefer.
The videos must be uploaded from the PaperCept, https://conf.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl. The video upload link can be found in the corresponding author’s paper workspace. The deadline of uploading video is November 30, 2023.
Some information about recording your videos are given below.
- By uploading your video, you grant permission of SSCI2023 to host the video online.
- Video file specifications: Maximum video duration: 18 minutes; File size limit: 100MB; File format: MP4. Presentations can be shorter than 18 minutes, but should not be shorter than 15 minutes.
