Donna Schaeffer
Dr. Donna Schaeffer is a Professor and Director of the Doctorate of Science at Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Over the course of her academic career, she has received outstanding teaching awards three times and has taught in the United States, Germany, and Korea. Dr. Schaeffer has published more than 50 articles and book chapters about ethical issue and public policy related to emerging technologies. She holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from the Claremont Graduate University, and and MBA and BS from Florida International University.
