UPDATED: What is the policy of papers included with the payment of an author’s registration?

Full papers: A paid registration will cover the publication of 1 (one) article in Conference Proceedings, to be available in IEEE Xplore. Subsequent accepted papers will incur a charge of USD 20 (twenty U.S. dollars) per additional article ( or equivalent amount in ARS, at official exchange rate).

Subsequent accepted papers will incur a charge of USD 20 (twenty U.S. dollars) per additional article (or equivalent amount in ARS, at official exchange rate)

NOTE: the fee for additional short paper was, at a given moment, USD 4.00. But the short paper was not elegible for IEEE Xplore publication. Organizers reviewed this policy, and decided that all kind of submissions will be elegible to be sent to IEEE Xplore for publication. Therefore, there was a fee update, to USD 20.00
