TECHNICAL PROGRAM TOPICS
For the ARGENCON 2020 we have prepared a program with 20 major topics. Each topic has a specific web page where more details are provided. The topics are within the fields of interest inherent to IEEE, and most of them are managed by an IEEE Society.
