The amount you pay depends on whether you are an IEEE PES or IAS Member, IEEE Member, IEEE Student Member and Non-Member. Authors pay a slightly higher rate than non-authors. More information on how much you need to pay will be updated soon on the registration page

IEEE members receive a discount on registration fees. PES and IAS members receive a further discount on the registration fees. IEEE Student members pay half price.

All attendees will receive a further 25% discount if they take advantage of the Early Bird Registration rates.

An in-person conference is hosted at a physical location. As an attendee you will be able to access, watch and hear presentations while participating in real time questions and answer sessions in a face-to-face environment.

A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the Internet. As an attendee you will be able to access, watch and hear presentations from your computer or handheld device while participating in real time questions and answer sessions.
Attendees participate through a virtual platform on a conference website designed specifically for the virtual conference.

Conference proceedings will be availed to all participants.

No, however, by joining IEEE as a student member, you will register for the conference at the discounted student member rate.

For the privacy of our attendees, we do not generally release data an attendee list. (Event sponsors may receive a list with limited information.)

IEEE members receive discounted rates to conferences and there is a half year rate upon renewal annually. Membership to technical societies is discounted for members as well.
