The amount you pay depends on whether you are an IEEE PES or IAS Member, IEEE Member, IEEE Student Member and Non-Member. Authors pay a slightly higher rate than non-authors. You can find more information on how much you need to pay on the registration page

We have plenty of discounts available for you.
IEEE members receive a discount on registration fees. PES and IAS members receive a further discount on the registration fees. IEEE Student members pay half price.
All attendees will receive a further 25% discount if they register by the 7th of August 2020 by taking advantage of the Early Bird Registration rates. In addition to this all attendees get a further 10% discount on Full Conference Registration fee for the onsite PowerAfrica 2021 Conference to be held in Nairobi, Kenya.

Full Conference Registration entitles you to attend the Opening ceremony; Closing ceremony; All Free Networking Sessions; All Plenary & Panel sessions; All Technical Paper sessions; All Exhibitions and Smart Village events. Tutorials are not included.

Tutorial Only Fee entitles you to attend the Opening ceremony; All Plenary & Panel sessions and all Tutorials.Technical Paper Presentations; All Exhibitions and Smart Village Events not included.

Once you register, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your registration. Within the next few days you will received detailed instructions on how to access the conference.

Yes you can register for the conference during the conference and even after so as to access on-demand content.

Organizations and individuals can purchase a customised sponsorship package, virtual exhibit booths, mobile app banner ads, or virtual platform ads in the conference program. A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the Internet. As an attendee you will be able to access, watch and hear presentations from your computer or handheld device while participating in real time questions and answer sessions.
Attendees participate through a virtual platform on a conference website designed specifically for the virtual conference.

All conference sessions will be recorded and posted on the conference platform at the end of the event, so that you can view all Virtual Conference sessions at your convenience. You will get a link to the recordings via the email address you used to register.
