Registration will open in 2019. Once open delegates will be able to register through the registration page.
I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to 5 days for the Conference Secretariat to process your registration and email you your confirmation and invoice.

Abstract submission will open on Friday, 08 February 2019. Once open delegates will be able to register through the abstract page.
How do I view the programme online?
The programme will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates please see the programme page.
How do I get to the conference?

Do you have breastfeeding facilities?
Breastfeeding is welcome anywhere at the SEC. In addition, there is a dedicated Breastfeeding room on the Concourse and our registration desk team will be delighted to show you the way.
Do you offer Childminding Services?
We welcome all Parents, Caregivers and Families to attend IEEE IUS 2019 and will try to accommodate your requirements and needs as much as possible. If you have any questions or would like to make us aware of your requirements, please let us know via ieee-ius2019@in-conference.org.uk
If you are interested in Childminding Services during the Congress hours of IEEE IUS 2019, please email us via ieee-ius2019@in-conference.org.uk by Thursday, 01 August 2019 at 17:00 BST. Please include the age of each child and the exact hours you would require this service. Please note that a minimum number of children is required to arrange this service and by emailing no full booking has been made.
When is the early registration deadline?
The Early-bird registration deadline is Monday, 26 August 2019, midnight BST/GMT+1 (16:00 PDT)
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible please contact us at ieee-ius2019@in-conference.org.uk
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in UK Pounds (£) to ensure that the full amount is received.
Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer, you must cover all bank charges. Alternatively, payment is accepted by credit card where there is no additional fees for delegates.
Can I pay by American Express?
Unfortunately not. Payments are only accepted from VISA, VISA Debit, Delta and MasterCard.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
An invitation letter will be issued after you have registered and payment has been received. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process.
